As of Thursday may 24th, I will be going back to my strict vegetarian diet, but will be adding raw foods only. I am a firm believer in what food matters expresses in its documentary and I strongly strongly think that everyone should watch food matters as well as food inc. It will open up your entire life. At least it did mine.
